My name is Oliver Merkle. I am a consultant as well as an interim and crisis manager with a focus on production, supply chain management and operational excellence.

I place particular value on continuous improvement and the sustainability of a transformation. I join the company as COO, Operations Director or, for example, as plant manager. It is important to involve the employees in the company so that successes remain when I leave the company again.
