- Initiation of a cultural change in the plant towards more personal responsibility and independence of managers and employees
- Adaptation of the organization to future requirements

- Measurement of the effectiveness of managers (all levels)
- Development and implementation of individual action plans (related to individual management activities, team and communication processes)
- Formulation of guiding principles for the plant together with the management team
- Cross-hierarchy workshops on the topic of goals and management (focus on the development of a uniform understanding of management)
